Made by the third-generation Roussas Dairy our spread is a simple blend of tangy feta PDO and creamy real Greek yoghurt made with sheep and goat’s milk. The milk is produced by herds that graze on a rich variety of herbs and flora and this is what gives the spread its unique aroma and taste.
