Payment

  1. Please ensure your email address is correct as this is where your order confirmation will be sent.
  2. Upon selecting “Complete Order” you will be taken to the WorldPay secure payment pages.
  3. Once payment has been processed you will be taken back to the Odysea On-line Store website.
  4. A confirmation email will be issued by WorldPay. Please keep this in a safe place.

Deliveries

  1. Deliveries can only be made to UK mainland addresses. Please call us directly for deliveries to other areas.
  2. We have updated our delivery terms to a standard rate for all UK mainland orders below £50 and have removed any extra charges applied to orders including chilled. Deliveries to mainland UK addresses for orders over £50 are not subject to a delivery charge. For all other orders, the following delivery charges (including VAT) will apply: Mainland UK orders totalling less than £50, delivery charge is £5.95; Scottish Highlands & remote areas outside of UK mainland, charge is £14.95 with free delivery for orders over £100. Please note, we cannot ship chilled items to the Islands.
  3. Please note due to new Brexit restrictions affecting courier services, we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.
  4. We can only deliver to one single address. Orders will not be split.
  5. We aim to deliver all orders within 4 working days, however during the Christmas period delivery lead times will between 7 to 10 days. Deliveries are only made Monday-Friday between 9am and 6pm.
  6. A third party courier company is used to deliver orders on our behalf. A signature for delivery is required so please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Refunds & Damages

  1. Please call us directly if you are unhappy, for whatever reason, with your order.
  2. Please call us directly if any product is damaged on receipt of the order. A photograph of the product will be required.

Cancelling Your Order

  1. If you chose to cancel you order then a refund will be issued within 30 days.
  2. If goods have been received they will need to be returned in the condition they were received in and at your own expense before a refund is issued
