Manouri Cheese Skewers
A great vegetarian idea for your BBQ which works well with all sorts of vegetables
- 200 gr Odysea Manouri Cheese PDO
- 2 medium courgettes, thinly sliced
- 1 pepper cut in cubes
- 1 lemon, for its juice
- a pinch of salt
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- Thinly slice the courgette and marinate in lemon juice with a bit of salt.
- Cut the vegetables in squares, approximately ½ inch wide, the same as the cubes of manouri.
- Thread in the skewers.
- Sear over the BBQ or on a hot griddle pan for 3-4 minutes each side.
