Green smoothies are the way to go if you wish to add a few greens in the mix. We added some handfuls of spinach, kiwi, banana, a bit of avocado, lime juice, a touch of honey and kefir. Feel free to play with different green leaf combination and top it of with a few fresh fruit or coconut flakes and chia seeds like we did for this one.


1/4 ripe avocado

2 kiwis

1 medium ripe bananas (previously sliced and frozen)

2 large handfuls spinach (organic when possible)

1 bottle of Odysea organic kefir

1 lime, for its juice

2 tablespoons of thyme honey

Top with chia seeds, coconut flakes, fresh fruit


  1. Add in a food processor the spinach, avocado, frozen banana, lime juice with 2 tablespoons of honey and the kefir.
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy
