Crispy prosciutto with Labneh
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Place the sliced figs into the baking dish, add in the ripped prosciutto and scatter in the pistachios. Drizzle over 1 tablespoon of the honey and place into the oven to bake for 20 minutes, until the prosciutto is crispy and the figs are jammy.
- Onto a large serving platter, swirl the Labneh and then use a spoon to scoop on the warm figs, prosciutto and pistachios. Finish by drizzling over the remaining honey and spooning on the harissa.
- Serve with warm flatbreads.
