Crispy prosciutto with Labneh

Serves 2-4


4 Figs, sliced into three lengthwise
4 Slices of good-quality prosciutto
A generous handful of pistachios
3 Tablespoons of Odysea Orange blossom honey

150g Odysea labneh

3 Teaspoons harissa
1 Teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Place the sliced figs into the baking dish, add in the ripped prosciutto and scatter in the pistachios. Drizzle over 1 tablespoon of the honey and place into the oven to bake for 20 minutes, until the prosciutto is crispy and the figs are jammy.
  • Onto a large serving platter, swirl the Labneh and then use a spoon to scoop on the warm figs, prosciutto and pistachios. Finish by drizzling over the remaining honey and spooning on the harissa.
  • Serve with warm flatbreads.
