Blueberry & Pomegranate Molasses Smoothie

This mix is rich in antioxidants and vitamins that will give a great boost to your immune system. We added pomegranate molasses to complement the fruit because we love this slightly tart flavour.
Ingredients
- • 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- • 1 tablespoon Pomegranate Molasses
- • 1 tablespoon of Pine and Fir tree honey
- • 1 teaspoon of linseed
- • 250 gr Greek Yoghurt
Instructions
- Add the blueberries and pomegranate seeds along with the Greek yogurt, honey and pomegranate molasses in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, serve and top with fresh fruit and some linseed. Enjoy straight away.
