Baked Labneh with Orange blossom and Sumac roasted Strawberries

250g Odysea Labneh
250g Condensed milk
1 tsp Orange blossom water

1 Orange, zest
10 Strawberries, tray
3 Tablespoons caster sugar

1 Teaspoon sumac


  • Preheat oven to 150 degrees
  • Take a large mixing bowl and combine the Labneh and condensed milk with the Orange blossom water and mix well until everything is completely combined. Divide the mixture evenly between 4 ramekins and set them onto a baking tray and then into the oven for 20 minutes until firm.
  • On another baking sprinkle add the caster sugar along with the sumac and mix them together. Afterwards, place the strawberries, cut side down and then place into the oven for 15 minutes until soft and the sugar is melted.
  • Serve them in their pots with the strawberries on top and a grating of orange zest or cool slightly for 10 minutes and then run a knife along the edge of the ramekin.Finally, tip the baked yoghurts onto a serving plate and top with the strawberries.
