BAKED GIGANTES BEANS WITH SPINACH
This dish is delicious served either hot or at room temperature. Make sure you have some fresh crusty bread to mop up the sauce, or try it served with rice for a more substantial meal
Ingredients
2 Jars of Odysea Baked Gigantes Beans
200g Baby spinach
10g Fresh dill
20g Toasted flaked almonds
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large shallow frying pan
- Add the spinach and stir now and again until it has wilted
- Transfer to a sieve placed over a bowl and let sit for a few minutes before cool enough to squeeze the water out.
- Roughly chop the dill and add to the spinach, stir in the beans, scatter the toasted almonds on top and give a final stir
