Description

This farro pasta from Rustichella d’Abruzzo is made with just milled farro and fresh spring water using traditional artisan production methods. Its texture makes it slightly more delicate than traditional pasta when cooking and the result is a hearty, nutty pasta with a fuller texture.

Made with 100% Abruzzo organic wholemeal faro flour.Pizzichi means “pinched pasta” and these ruffled edges hold on to sauces nicely. Rustichella d’Abruzzo recommend serving it with vegetable-based sauces and organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
