Fregola Sarda, small pearl shaped balls of toasted pasta, similar in shape to couscous but larger.




Traditionally from Sardinia, these dense little balls of pasta are dried then toasted to give a delicious, slightly nutty flavour with a grainy texture.

Great to cook directly in a sauce or broth and equally good served hot or cold. Perfect for serving at room temperature with herbs and a simple dressing or with salad or roasted vegetables.
