Our award-winning Odysea Pine & Fir Tree Honey available in a 250ml sized jar.

Produced by artisan beekeeper, Alexandros Gousiaris, in the small village of Ilias in central Greece, our honey is extracted cold and unfiltered so the beneficial properties of the nectar and pollen remain. Alexandros ensures his bees are protected during the winter months then moved during spring and summer to areas where conifers grow in abundance.

This honey has received the 2-star accolade from the Great Taste Awards every single time it entered the awards with most most recent this year’s awards.Commenting on our Pine & Fir Tree honey GTA judges said “A luscious dark golden colour with a gorgeous waxy consistency. We loved the subtle pine and fir flavours, the perfect level of sweetness, the hint of saltiness, the sheer sexiness of this honey. Complex, fascinating and 3 dimensional”.

On occasions the honey may crystallise, this is nothing to worry about, in fact its a clear sign of a natural, unprocessed product as only pure honey will do this. To melt the crystals simply place in a bowl of warm water.

Spread it on a warm slice of toast and use in marinades & baking.
