Produced by artisan beekeeper, Alexandros Gousiaris, in the small village of Ilias in central Greece, our honey is extracted cold and unfiltered so the beneficial properties of the nectar and pollen remain. Alexandros ensures his bees are protected during the winter months then moved during spring and summer to areas where conifers grow in abundance.

This honey has received the 2-star accolade from the Great Taste Awards every single time it entered the awards with most most recent this year’s awards. Commenting on our Pine & Fir Tree honey GTA judges said “A luscious dark golden colour with a gorgeous waxy consistency. Odysea Pine & Fir Tree honey is 29% naturally lower in sugar compared to other supermarket brands according to the results of “Action on Sugar” at Queen Mary’s University of London analysis, published on March 2019.

Odysea Greek Pine & Fir Tree Honeydew Honey, in a 250 ml jar.

Crystallisation is a sign of pure unprocessed honey caused by naturally occurring pollen & trace elements. To clear, place in a warm water bath until the crystals melt.

Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months.
