How to Shop
- It's easy! You can either shop by product category or by brand simply by selecting the option on the left hand side of the screen.
- Once you have located the product click "Add to Basket". If you want to continue shopping click "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to Checkout" for payment.
- You can view what is in your basket at any time simply by clicking "My Basket" located at the top right of the screen.
- You can change the quantity of each product ordered by selecting the "Qty" drop down box, selecting the number required and then clicking "Update".
- The Checkout page allows you to view what is in your final basket and the total of the order, in full, with delivery charge added. Deliveries over £40.00 are free of charge.
- To complete the order select "Enter Delivery Address".

Delivery Details
- Enter delivery details. All fields are required.
- Please ensure your email address is correct as this is where your order confirmation will be sent.
- Select "Confirm Payment" you will then be taken to the WorldPay secure payment pages.
- Once payment has been processed you will be taken back to the Odysea On-line Store website.
- A confirmation email will be issued by WorldPay. Please keep this in a safe place.

Deliveries
- Deliveries can only be made to UK mainland addresses. Please call us directly for deliveries to other areas.
- A standard delivery charge of £5.74 plus VAT (£6.74 Net) is added to every order. Orders over £40.00 are delivered free of charge.
- We can only deliver to one single address. Orders will not be split.
- We aim to deliver all orders within 4 working days. Deliveries are only made Monday-Friday between 9am and 6pm.
- A third party courier company is used to deliver orders on our behalf. A signature for delivery is required so please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- Orders will not be left with third parties, such as neighbours.

Refunds & Damages
- Please call us directly if you are unhappy, for whatever reason, with your order.
- Please call us directly if any product is damaged on receipt of the order. A photograph of the product will be required.

Cancelling Your Order
- If you chose to cancel you order then a refund will be issued within 30 days.
- If goods have been received they will need to be returned in the condition they were received in and at your own expense before a refund is issued.
