Stewed Artichokes and Peas Recipe

Method

  1. Fry the spring onions in olive oil for 5 minutes in a large saucepan.
  2. Add peas and lemon juice, place the artichokes on top and cover with water, sugar and salt.
  3. Cover and simmer over a low heat for 30 minutes, or until all the water has been absorbed and only the oil is left on top.
  4. Sprinkle with dill and serve hot or at room temperature.
