Marinated Greek Feta Recipe
Ingredients
- 500g Roussas Greek Feta
- 350ml Karyatis Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp dried Greek oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- Karyatis Kalamata Olives & Elviart Traditional Pita Bread to serve
Method
- Cut feta into 2cm cubes and place in a large, shallow dish.
- Mix together the oil, pepper, oregano and bay leaf and pour over the feta.
- Cover and refrigerate over night.
- Because refrigerated oil becomes cloudy it is best if you remove the feta an hour before serving.
Serve with olives, warm Elviart Traditional Pita Bread and products from the Karyatis meze range to enjoy over drinks with your friends.
