Extra Virgin Olive Oils

Light herbaceous oils, with a well-balanced peppery flavour. Produced from organic and non-organic olives grown in the Mylopotamos region of northern Crete. This area is globally acclaimed for the production of top quality olive oil and has been awarded EU PDO status. All have been traditionally cured, are in Greek extra virgin olive oil and Vegetarian Society approved.

Vinegar

Produced from Corinthian grapes grown in the Peloponnese region of southern Greece, then aged in wooden barrels. An intense, dark coloured vinegar with a delicate fruity flavour and sweet clean aftertaste. Ideal for salad dressings, marinades and general cooking. A fine alternative for Balsamic vinegar. Free from sweeteners and colours. Vegetarian Society approved.

Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic vinegar, produced from Cretan red grapes and aged in oak barrels, in a glass bottle with pump spray. Perfect for controlling the amount of product used.

Olives

The olives in the 350g jars of Odysea olives have all been carefully hand selected from Rovies, a single estate grove on the island of Evia. The grove boasts the perfect surroundings and ideal microclimate for the cultivation of premium Greek table olives. All have been traditionally cured, marinated in extra virgin olive oil and are Vegetarian Society approved.

Honey

Produced by a local beekeeper in the small village of Ilias, central Greece. The bees are protected during the winter months then moved during the spring and summer to areas where wild thyme, fragrant herbs and conifers grow in abundance. They are extracted cold and unfiltered so the beneficial properties of the nectar and pollen remain. On occasions the honey may crystallise but this is a clear sign of a natural unprocessed honey. Available in 480g jars and Vegetarian Society approved.
